The Honorable Amy W. Cox serves as the Spartanburg County Clerk of Court. She was appointed by Governor Henry McMaster on January 22, 2019. Spartanburg County Circuit Court Records
The 7th Judicial Circuit covers Spartanburg County and Cherokee County. Circuit Court in Spartanburg County handles civil cases through the Court of Common Pleas and criminal felony matters through General Sessions.
